If, within 30 days of the initial payment, you are not satisfied with the work completed, and our revision process hasn’t addressed your concerns, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a full refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must notify CreativeLope in writing of your desire to cancel the project and request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment.
  • No work completed by CreativeLope can have been launched or published on a live website.
  • No milestone payments (if applicable) can have been approved for work beyond the initial stages of the project.

Prioritizing Client Satisfaction Through Revisions

We prioritize your satisfaction and believe revisions are key to achieving your vision. Our team will work closely with you throughout the project to incorporate your feedback and make revisions until you’re happy with the final product.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration fees and other third-party expenses.
  • Additional services not included in the initial project scope that were approved and completed outside of the initial project timeline.
  • Hourly work completed beyond the initial project scope that was approved by the client.
 

Partial Refunds

In cases where some project work has been completed and approved by the client before the cancellation request, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the refund will be determined by deducting the cost of the completed work (based on our hourly rate or a prorated amount of the project fee) from the total project cost.
